Refund policy
We have a NO refunds policy, which means we do not accept returns on any products. Please be aware that in transit product may melt due to temperatures rising in various locations. If product has melted just allow it to cool and harden and continue to use like normal. If product has melted it may appear half full due to many of our products being whipped, one way to bring back its fluffiness is to whip it up with a hand mixer or stand mixer. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make sure to rectify it!
Refunds
If approved for a refund due to damages or a significant issue, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
